Job summary
A major Canadian financial institution in Toronto is seeking an Agile Software Development Technical Lead to design document workflow solutions. The role emphasizes leadership in creating scalable applications with advanced AI capabilities on the Tungsten TTA platform. Candidates should have extensive experience with programming languages such as C# and JavaScript, as well as Azure deployments. - 5+ years of experience with Tungsten– TTA or similar tools adopting BPMN with OCR.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
- Experience with OCR/extraction of complex business documents.
- Expert in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and MS-SQL.
- Experienced in CI/CD and application deployment in Azure.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement document workflow solutions using Tungsten TTA.
- Develop applications for document management and classification.
- Collaborate with business analysts and engineering teams.
- Mentor junior team members and help them succeed.
