The Role :
We’re hiring a Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator - a unique, dynamic role perfect for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, variety, and a seat at the table.
You’ll lead the execution of our day-to-day marketing efforts, help shape our brand voice, and collaborate directly with leadership on strategies to grow our presence and impact. At the same time, you’ll be part of our client experience team, supporting a welcoming, polished environment for members and visitors, and providing occasional backup for phones or the front desk as needed.
This is not a siloed junior role where you’re stuck doing the same thing every day. It’s a chance to build a foundation, learn how all parts of a business connect, and be part of a small but mighty team working together to grow something special.

Compensation :
The annual salary range for this role is $46,000 - $52,000 - depending on experience and skills. Candidates at the lower end may be recent grads or have about a year of relevant experience (e.g., internships, admin support, or freelance creative work). Candidates at the higher end may bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, graphic design, social media, or front-of-house support. Strong skills in design, writing, or branding are a definite plus.
