With your care and attention to superior golf course conditioning, our courses will provide an immaculate backdrop to an exceptional golf experience.Rate of Pay: Starting at $17.40 per hour.What you will be doing:Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Operate equipment and power tools, including utility vehicles, mowers and tractorsMow, trim, irrigate, and fertilize turf areasEdge, rake and maintain sand traps and cart pathsSet tee markers and hole placement on greensMaintain fuel and fluid levels for all types of equipment on a daily basis and ensure all equipment is clean and in safe working orderReport equipment problems or failures immediatelyOther duties as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Previous Golf Maintenance or Landscaping experience an assetValid Alberta Driver’s License requiredMust have a reasonable understanding of the game of golfAbility to work outdoors in various elements such as rain, heat & snow requiredCPR and First Aid Certificates an assetMachine operating experience an asset: snowplow, grader & blade, bobcat, john deere tractors 5200, 670, 855 & 3320Additional InformationVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
