  • Document Management: Creating, editing, and proofreading professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other critical documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Financial Support: Assisting with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, preparing expense reports, and managing petty cash (training provided).
  • Communication Hub: Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing phone calls, and handling general correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
