- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a data warehousing or enterprise data environment.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (Kimball/Dimensional modeling, 3NF, MDM, metadata, governance).
- Experience working with ETL/ELT platforms.
- Strong SQL skills for data profiling, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to write detailed requirements, functional specs, and test cases.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex data concepts for non-technical audiences.
