Our mandate is to enforce client intelligence on wholesale clients, by developing our broad client knowledge (referential, KYC, regulatory data, etc). This relationship is rooted in a simplified, differentiated experience for our clients and employees, and in the assurance of a permanent commitment over the client’s entire lifecycle and interactions with our department.

CLD is responsible for implementing and assuring consistent application of SG’s local and global KYC Policies and procedures, FATCA and any other regulatory requirements associated with on-boarding a new client and performing annual periodic reviews of existing clients. Specifically, the CLD department is charged with reviewing all new client requests and determining the required documentation to fulfill regulatory and SG’s requirements.

  • Submitting monthly and quarterly metric results into SG's reporting platform

  • Performing monthly look back cost analyses on staff production

  • Assisting the Chief of Staff with the annual budget process
  • Bringing his or her knowledge to the local studies and projects of processes optimization and/or implementation of new activities
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Performing monthly controls and reconciliations on SG Americas customer population

  • Ensuring timely resolution of anomalies identified
  • Ensuring changes to the customer population are monitored and have adequate management approval
  • Reviewing monthly controls from other regions that impact Americas population and present to management clear and concise conclusion for local approval
  • Maintaining strong working relationship with CLD/KYC production team, the business lines and Compliance
  • Bringing his or her knowledge to the local studies and projects of processes optimization and/or implementation of new products or activities
