We’re looking for a BI Developer / Data Analyst to join our analytics team and play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and scaling our business intelligence environment. This is a cross-functional, cross–business unit role, requiring strong technical foundations, business acumen, and the ability to balance multiple stakeholders and priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain SQL- and DAX-driven BI datasets that support enterprise reporting.
  • Design, enhance, and maintain semantic data models using best practices (fact/dimension tables, star schemas, relationships).
  • Build, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and datasets using Power BI Desktop and Fabric workspaces.
  • Create and optimize DAX measures aligned to business KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot scheduled refresh failures, native query issues, and data model errors to ensure reporting stability.
  • Ingest and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query and SQL.
  • Improve data visualizations for clarity, storytelling, and executive decision-making.
  • Operate in a cross-functional, cross-BU environment, partnering with stakeholders across teams.
  • Balance multiple priorities and competing requests while maintaining data quality and delivery standards.
  • Translate business questions into actionable BI solutions that drive outcomes.
What You Bring (Must Have)
  • 3–5 years of experience in BI development and data analytics.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including ability to distinguish correlation from causation, perform root cause analysis, and apply basic statistical methods to support business decision-making
  • Strong SQL and DAX skills, with the ability to build and troubleshoot complex logic
  • Solid understanding of dimensional modeling fundamentals: Fact and dimension tables, Star schemas, Data grain and relationships
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Power BI Desktop
  • Publishing datasets and reports
  • Managing and troubleshooting scheduled refreshes
  • Power Query for data ingestion and transformation
  • Ability to use SSMS (or other tools) to extract and validate data using SQL, and to automate recurring data refreshes that keep BI semantic models up to date
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics to business decisions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a cross-functional, cross-BU environment.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with both technical teams and senior leaders.
Nice to Have
  • Experience building Power BI Apps with dynamic, executive-facing content.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric / Lakehouse concepts.
  • Exposure to Medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold).
  • Experience supporting transitions from SQL Server–based models to Fabric.
  • Marketing analytics experience, including working with data from tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing platforms, and translating performance data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in governed or shared BI environments.
