Night Work - Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Technician

Job Description: APW Restaurant Services is an island leader in kitchen exhaust cleaning, committed to the highest standards of quality and service in commercial kitchens and ensuring compliance with NFPA 96 fire code.

• Clean and maintain kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, and fans, to meet fire and health code standards.
• Create and process reports and documentation on work completed for the office and clients in relation to NFPA 96.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment, company vehicles, and company tools.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with the office to complete projects with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and operating procedures, maintaining a safe work environment.

• Experience in kitchen exhaust cleaning or related fields is beneficial but not required.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
• Ability to drive and travel on shift to customer sites.
• Physically fit to handle equipment and perform manual tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Must have a functioning cell phone.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
