Position Overview

Netwrix is looking for a data‑driven PPC Marketing Specialist to take our paid advertising efforts to the next level. This isn’t a plug‑and‑play executor role – we’re seeking a strategist who can design, optimize, and scale high‑performance campaigns while mentoring others and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic PPC Planning – Design and evolve high‑level PPC strategies aligned with business goals
  • Advanced Campaign Optimization – Use advanced techniques like audience segmentation and custom bidding to hit CPA targets
  • Performance Oversight – Track and report on complex KPIs ensuring effective large‑budget distribution
  • Cross‑Channel Coordination – Align PPC with SEO, content, and other digital teams to maximize impact
  • Experimentation & Testing – Lead A/B and multivariate testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Analytics & Reporting – Deliver deep insights using Power BI and guide decision‑making across teams
  • Budget Management – Forecast and optimize campaign spend based on performance and market trends
  • Leadership & Mentorship – Share knowledge and support junior team members through training and guidance
Qualifications
  • English fluency (B1+ minimum)
  • Google Ads certification
  • Proven PPC experience with large budgets
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (formerly Bing Ads), and paid social campaigns
