Job summary
A leading logistics company based in Toronto is seeking a Tax Associate responsible for tax compliance, including preparing complex corporate tax returns and assisting in tax audits. The position requires a CPA or relevant degree, 1-2 years of experience in corporate tax, and strong analytical skills. This hybrid role includes work from home options but requires at least one day in the office per week. - Preferably CPA.
- 1-2 years experience in Canadian and/or US corporate tax.
- Self-motivated with good time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Canadian income tax returns including T2, T3, T5013, and T1134.
- Manage indirect tax compliance, including preparation and filing of GST/HST.
- Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision in Longview Tax.
