Our team and what we'll accomplish together
As a P&C Business Partner Consultant supporting leaders in the TELUS Customer Solutions Experience, you wear several hats : trusted advisor, consultant, project manager and change agent. Toggling between the big picture and then rolling up your sleeves to do the tactical work is second nature to you. You sit alongside and collaborate with the business leaders to provide thought leadership for People & Culture activities.
You are resilient, pragmatic, humble, and possess a great sense of humour. Your counsel is equal parts logic, analysis and strategy. You have a natural curiosity and appreciate that failure and vulnerability are healthy ways to learn and grow. Your passion to make a difference and how you do things will contribute to the success of our internal clients in creating better outcomes for our customers.

Advanced knowledge of English is required, because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.

Salary Range : $73,000-$109,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 12%
