Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the S/4HANA upgrade project.

Role: SAP Project Manager
Start Date: June 16, 2025
End Date: December 19, 2025
Work Model: Onsite in Calgary, with potential for a hybrid model after project kickoff.
Experience: S/4HANA Implementations; SAP Retail experience is a plus.

• Plan, execute, and oversee the SAP implementation project from start to finish.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive and follow up on activities across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.

• Project Management: Proven experience in project management methodologies with significant S/4HANA implementation experience.
• SAP Knowledge: Understanding of SAP systems, modules, and implementation processes.
• Technical Skills: Ability to work with technical documentation and configurations.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on issue management and de-escalation.
