• Focus on overall project delivery, client management, and team leadership for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects - greenfield, infill and beyond
• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary land development projects
• Mentor and develop project teams
• Support client communications, ensuring satisfaction and strong relationships and maintain project documentation
• Track project budgets, resource allocation, schedules, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
• Help manage the approvals process with municipalities and agencies, leveraging our long-standing relationships
• Contribute to proposals, business development activities and strategic growth initiatives
• Support quality control and risk management efforts

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
• Deep understanding of Ontario's land development approvals process
• Proficiency in project management software is an asset
• P.Eng. designation in Ontario (or eligibility)
• PMP certification is an asset
• Valid Ontario driver's license preferred
• 6+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering, with some exposure to project management
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Strong network within the land development industry
