A health services provider in Ontario is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver patient-centered care. You will assess needs, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Physiotherapy and experience in a community-based setting. The role offers a competitive salary of $44.480 to $51.340 per hour and supports professional growth.

As a Physiotherapist, you will assess and determine patient care needs and eligibility, provide accessand referrals to community services, and engage with patients, caregivers and other health care practitioners.

What will you do?
The Physiotherapist plans, organizes and directs diverse programs of treatment, counseling, screening and education for ONTARIO HEALTH ATHOME Champlain Patients in a variety of settings (in homes and retirement homes)

Starting Salary: $44.480/hr to $51.340/hr
