Position Description
The McGill University Department of Pediatrics in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and the Division of General Pediatrics, CIUSSS Centre-Ouest de l’Ile de Montréal (CIUSSS CODIM) invites applications for a full-time position as a member of the Contract Academic Staff, as an academic clinician pediatrician at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor (Clinical).

The mission of the Division of General Pediatrics – CIUSSS CODIM is to optimize the health and wellbeing of children of all ages within the context of their families. We provide a wide range of clinical services which address the various health needs of children ranging from newborns to adolescents.
Job Duties
The successful candidate will be an active physician member of the Division of General Pediatrics – CIUSSS CODIM. Full-time clinical candidates are expected to participate in the duty roster for our Neonatal Follow-up clinic and may be required to provide support to our Newborn Nursery and NICU on days, nights and weekends, as needed.
Clinical supervision of residents and students is required. The successful candidate will need to have specific training in the assessment and management of high-risk former premature infants, and a solid foundation in medical education and/or clinical research.
