In this role, you will administer collective agreements, manage HR metrics, and guide management on HR issues. The ideal candidate has a university degree and at least 2 years of experience in unionized Labour Relations, along with strong knowledge of relevant legislation. You will support audits, workplace investigations, and enhance HR processes.
