Senior Civil Designer – Remote/Hybrid Role
Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Brampton seeks a Senior/Intermediate Civil Designer to be responsible for civil design projects. The candidate must have strong expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and be capable of handling detailed civil grading and drainage designs. This role requires effective mentorship of junior staff and strong problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree with 7-10+ years of experience in civil land development is essential. The position offers flexibility with hybrid work options.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10+ years experience in Civil Land Development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Autodesk Certified Professional in Civil 3D is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in civil design across various sectors.
- Prepare comprehensive civil design drawing packages.
- Mentor and coordinate drafting efforts for junior staff.
