• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in environmental infrastructure, civil works, or waste management.
• Proven record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Strong working knowledge of CAD, modeling software, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion and deliver Claystone’s capital program, managing projects from concept to close-out.
• Lead engineering design, construction, and environmental compliance across landfill, composting, and transfer operations.
• Oversee engineering consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
