  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes align with strategic objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects to maintain momentum and deliver results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors and contractors, and team members
  • Oversee property inspections, vendor coordination, and process optimization to maintain exceptional property care.
  • Manage budgets and operational expenses, providing detailed reporting to support financial transparency.
  • Resolve guest concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.
  • Identify growth opportunities, spearhead new initiatives, and expand market presence.
  • Set and track performance metrics, ensuring operational goals are consistently met.
  • Lead by example, creating an employee training process and overseeing employee onboarding, fostering a positive, solutions-focused culture within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue management to enhance revenue streams and optimize guest experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of experience in leadership with a proven track record of a results drivenapproach
  • 2+ years experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hotel experience required
  • A demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and develop a team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset, ready to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-related software and data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Experience with business finance, including experience managing KPIs, budgets and reading P&Ls required to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Prior knowledge and experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) highly preferred
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (BA or BS) preferred
  • This role requires being on site in Canmore AB.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience and achievementBonus: Health benefits plus performance-based bonusBenefits:
