A leading design and manufacturing company in Toronto seeks a General Manager to oversee P&L, direct operational activities, and implement strategic initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, focusing on achieving profitability and operational excellence.
Our client is a Toronto-based industry leading design and manufacturing company, headquartered in US. The company’s family of products includes special purpose capital equipment for military as well as commercial customers around the world. The firm has been in business for over four decades, is profitable and has total revenues of approximately $30mm per year.
Scope of Position
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for our client. The successful incumbent will direct and coordinate all activities associated with the successful implementation of the annual business plan and the long term strategic plan.
