Well-Being CFS Supervisor
Job summary
A community-focused organization in Canada is seeking a Senior Supervisor in child and family services. The successful candidate will require strong analytical skills and diverse work experience to ensure quick decision-making in challenging situations. This role involves monitoring the Well-Being Program's effectiveness and collaborating with community leadership to advocate for clients. This is a senior position requiring strong analytical skills. This individual must have diverse work experience working in child and family services as the role requires quick, sound decision-making under pressure with consideration of multiple stakeholder concerns and legal obligations.
The Supervisor is to adhere to Accreditation standards and to ensure that the Well-Being Program is effective through monitoring and evaluating program services. The role will work collaboratively with community leadership and senior staff to support clients and families through advocacy with the Ministry of Social Services.
Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually
