Job summary
A vibrant dining destination in Revelstoke is seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee kitchen staff and ensure high-quality food preparation. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a commercial kitchen, strong communication skills, and knowledge of food safety practices. This full-time role offers $25 per hour, performance-based bonuses, and vacation pay.

Beo Family Investment Inc., operating under the name Sincero Cafe, is a vibrant and welcoming dining destination in Revelstoke. We specialize in quality dishes crafted with care and are looking for a skilled and responsible Kitchen Supervisor to join our team.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen
- Train and support kitchen staff as needed
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- Enforce safety and sanitation regulations
- Participate in food preparation during peak hours or staff shortage
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation during lunch and dinner rush
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with deep fryer, grill, and conventional oven is an asset
$25 per hour, full-time (40 hours/week)
4% vacation pay, paid statutory holidays
