What is the Opportunity?
As Director and Lead Solution Architect within the Operational Effectiveness (OE) group in Personal & Commercial Operations (PCO), you will collaborate with OE and PCO partners, business stakeholders, and IT to lead the design of end-to-end solution architecture for complex transformational and optimization initiatives. Your main responsibilities include creating solution approaches, rationalizing solutions, enhancing resiliency, communicating solutions effectively, and guiding delivery teams during implementation.
