Overview

Remote, Canada. Myers-Holum Delivery Organization offers a layered and specialized approach with subject matter experts within their perspective areas. Our Solution Architects play an instrumental role in the pre-sales process; the solutions provided set the tone and expectations for the engagement. Clients partner with dedicated Solution Architects who have solutioning expertise and hands-on industry knowledge for NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and reconstruction needs. This role requires the ability to actively listen, empathize, explain, influence and negotiate while understanding client needs and providing advice to deliver the right technology results.

The Role You Will Play
  • Provide leadership and help scope, gauge, and deliver large-scale NetSuite projects.
  • Forecast project management and delivery scope to help ensure a successful client experience.
  • Create and maintain project documents, including project plans, solution approaches, functional and technical requirements and specifications, and present them to clients.
  • Participate in business development activities that include pre-sales meetings, demos and calls with potential clients, working with Myers-Holum Account Executives, Delivery teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Participate in project planning and supporting tasks to manage expectations, maintain timelines and meet project deliverables.
  • Lead the creation of business proposals including the review and response to RFPs. Create SOWs once the project scope is determined.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure best practices, product and capabilities are leveraged to provide beneficial client solutions.
  • This role may include up to 75% travel and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements.
