The Vice President, Ecommerce (Digital Product & Experience) is the architect and commercial owner of Knix’s digital ecosystem. You will own the full digital product roadmap, UX/UI strategy, site merchandising excellence, and the integration of AI and LLM-driven capabilities, while also carrying clear P&L accountability for the digital business.
You are equal parts product visionary, design thinker, merchandiser, and general manager. You understand that the website is our flagship store, Amazon is a critical growth and brand channel, and forecasting precision is essential to scale profitably. You obsess over clarity, conversion, and customer delight, and you hold yourself accountable to results.
This role shapes the future of Knix’s digital business, ensuring it is fast, intuitive, inspiring, and commercially explosive.
