Permanent, Full-time, On-site, Day/Morning shifts, Starts as soon as possible

• Coordinate administrative services
• Evaluate departmental operations providing administrative services
• Manage operations of departments providing administrative services
• Collect and record administrative and service fees
• Assist in preparing annual budgets
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
• Supervise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, HR, and other administrative services
• Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Interview, hire, and train staff
• Manage budgets for projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
• Prepare reports for management committees
• Manage organizational knowledge

• 5-10 employees

• Master's degree
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience
• Computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, QuickBooks, Database, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, Accounting software
