Dental Office Manager or
a Senior Dental Receptionist ready to transition into leadership to join our dynamic, vibrant team.
Located in the heart of downtown Kamloops, our 5.0-star Google-rated clinic has been a trusted name in dental care for over 30 years.
With nearly 3,000 active patients, 3 associates, 3 hygienists, and 7 bright, modern operatories with stunning views, we’re a high-volume practice with a strong reputation and a loyal patient base.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

SCHEDULE:
- 32-40 hours
- Monday to Friday - No evenings or weekends!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3–5 years of experience in dental office management, dental reception, dental administration, or as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).
- CDA experience is considered an asset, willing to train the right candidate
- Experience with Power Practice is considered an asset
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
- Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Strong customer service skills
