Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in construction and general building repairs. This role combines both leadership and practical skills—overseeing maintenance activities while also performing small repair and construction tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a team, using technology to assign work, and jumping in to complete day-to-day projects when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and daily work assignments.
  • Perform general construction-related maintenance tasks, including:
    • Painting, patching, and basic drywall repair
    • Hanging and repairing doors, trim, and hardware
    • Light carpentry, flooring, and other small repair projects
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
  • Use a computer and mobile app to assign, track, and document tasks.
  • Maintain records of work performed, supplies used, and project progress.
  • Communicate with management regarding project updates, needs, and scheduling.
  • Assist in training team members on proper techniques and safety practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or general building maintenance.
  • Ability to perform hands-on repair and small construction projects independently.
  • Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use maintenance software or apps for delegating tasks.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
