Location: Remote (Canada)
Working hours: Full-time role (40 hours per week) with availability from Monday through Friday EST, with potential for weekend shifts

Though we have an office based in Calgary, this is a remote position that is open to candidates across Canada. PurposeMed\'s office is located on the unceded and traditional territories of the peoples of the Treaty 7 region which includes the nations of the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Îethka Stoney Nakoda (Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Good Stoney Bands), and people of the Tsuut\'ina First Nation. Calgary is also home to the historic Northwest Métis and to the Otipemisiwak Métis government, Métis Nation Battle River Territory, Nose Hill Métis District 5 and Elbow Métis District 6.
PurposeMed is looking for a Workforce Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you\'ll contribute meaningfully to delivering healthcare that directly impacts our patients\' well-being. You\'ll coordinate provider schedules, forecast patient demand, and ensure the right clinicians are available at the right time. By monitoring capacity, responding to schedule changes, and optimizing staffing, you\'ll support ongoing care and appointment mix, helping deliver seamless, patient-centered care while supporting our clinical teams. The successful candidate will focus on data entry and coordination within our provider app and will require meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
