Responsibilities

  • Support the team with administrative tasks including financial document management.
  • Track overdue financial statements to ensure compliance.
  • Identify green loans and maintain prospect lists.
  • Review and update client information in the system.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives by organizing events.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The student supports the Montreal Financing team with the following elements:

  • Administrative tasks, including collecting financial statements, administering accounts, managing documents, etc.
  • Tracking overdue financial statements,
  • Identifying green loans, prospecting list.
  • Reviewing the list of clients registered in the client system.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives by organizing events, campaigns, and activities. This includes preparing marketing communications and providing on-site logistical support.

You must have completed at least one year in a post-secondary program. A valid driver's license may be required.
