Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with wine tasting, including food services and purchases.
  • Conducting entertaining and informative tours of the winery, including performing structured tastings for tour groups.
  • Providing exceptional and professional customer service.
  • Using a computer-operated point-of-sale system and performing opening and closing duties.
  • Assisting with special events.
  • Providing dinner service in both formal and informal settings.
  • Representing the winery at offsite events.
  • Stocking wine and giftware.
  • Performing general housekeeping duties.

Winery Associates are responsible for providing consistent, outstanding hospitality to all visitors by providing an overall entertaining and informative tour and tasting experiences for each individual or group of visitors with the ultimate goal of achieving sales.

Ideal candidates for the Winery Associate position will have experience in the hospitality industry, with wine knowledge being an important asset. Our chosen candidates must be energetic, personable, upbeat and responsible. Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Compensation: $17.65/hour plus gratuities
