A fabrication company in Metro Vancouver seeks a skilled welder for various welding projects. The role involves manual and automated welding and requires at least two years of experience or an apprenticeship. You will be expected to operate welding equipment, read and interpret drawings, and communicate effectively with team members. Position: Welding/Fabrication
Responsible for fabrication welding requirements including manual, semi-automatic, automatic and all-position welding, including using oxygen/acetylene gas torch for cutting or pre-heat.
None but will assist Supervisor to organize and direct crew as necessary.
Minimum two years of welding/fabrication experience. Or apprentice program.
May be exposed to excessive noise, welding gases and fumes, and varying weather conditions. Proper protective equipment will be provided as necessary.
Pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.
