Job Requirements

• Successfully and thoroughly provide full-body waxing and laser services on all body parts
• Demonstrate a good command of both soft and hard wax with knowledge of when to use each
• Be able to accurately describe the differences and benefits of both waxing and laser hair removal to clients
• Thorough knowledge of skin types and how to adjust for optimal laser results using Triton Laser machine
• Deliver an exceptional client experience in a calm confident efficient and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism and care
• Educate clients on treatment sessions and benefits as well as pre- and post-wax care
• Communicate treatment plans to ensure realistic expectations
• Ensure proper sanitation of tools equipment and treatment area according to Ontario health regulations
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming treatment space

Qualifications

• Esthetics diploma or waxing certification (required - proof of completion necessary)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on waxing experience
• Confident in performing Brazilian and speed waxing
• Strong understanding of hair removal techniques for various skin types
• Customer-service minded with a warm professional approach
• Team player with a proactive can-do attitude
• Sales experience and product knowledge considered an asset
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Compensation : 22.00 - 38.00 per hour
