What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of 12+ staff across production and warehouse departments
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring inventory targets and production schedules are met

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage teams of 10 or more
• Strong understanding of door hardware and fabrication
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a structured, shop-based environment

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Division 8 and Division 10 specifications
• Experience in commercial hardware or construction-related environments
