Notes: Seasonal; Duration: June 30 to July 11 and July 21 to Aug 1

Shift: Monday to Friday; 3 PM to 10.30 PM

Job Summary

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the incumbent is responsible for preparing and classifying orders for delivery.

  • Unload products from the factory.
  • Prepare orders for the various routes in Ottawa for next-day deliveries.
  • Manage inventory, rotate, label, and palletize or crate products in the warehouse.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Filing/receiving bread baskets.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock-taking.
  • Apply and comply with quality assurance procedures and occupational health and safety policies.
  • Close the warehouse and apply the end-of-day procedure in the computer system.
  • Carry out workplace maintenance (cleaning, dustbins, etc.).

  • Perform all other tasks related to the job.
