About the Job
  • Be well-versed in the menu and easily able to explain menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, potential allergens, and make recommendations as appropriate
  • Accurately and efficiently take orders, ensuring no mistakes are made
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure customers are satisfied with their meals
  • Remain alert and work with the culinary team on any food restrictions or allergies
  • Provide the customer’s bill and receive payment
  • Set up tables, buffet stations and any reservations requirements
  • Greet guests upon arrival
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ensure proper use and cleanliness of equipment
  • Ensure adherence to all of Aramark Policies and Procedures
  • May perform other duties as required
