Overview

Join CanLearn's Board and make a difference in the Calgary community. CanLearn is looking for compassionate leaders in the Calgary area who are passionate about literacy and learning to join our team. Together, we will continue to empower children, youth, and adults facing challenges with learning, literacy, attention, and other related mental health problems.

We are looking for volunteer members with willing hearts and active hands who are skilled in the following areas:

  • Human Resources
  • Finance
  • Governance, including Committee Chair

Candidates in Cybersecurity & IT, Resource Development, and Government Relations are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Potential board members must be residents of Canada, located in the Greater Calgary area.
  • Must be able to provide a clear Police Information Check.
  • Members are expected to attend in-person board meetings and commit to a three-year term.
