A dynamic recruitment agency is looking for a Virtual Recruiter to support childcare staffing across Ontario. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, and managing candidates to meet market demands. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in the childcare or education sector. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 and opportunities for professional development.

As a Virtual Recruiter you will be responsible for actively recruiting child care staff, managing and maintaining the interview process, and onboarding staff to meet the demands of Sentients continual growth in markets across Ontario.
The role is dedicated to fulfilling talent management for the following roles:
Reports to: Talent Manager
Contract Length: 6 months
Part-Time: 10-15 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $18.00 Commission

To be successful in this position you must have 6 months of experience working in a recruiter role, preferably in the education or childcare sector.
