About the Role
- Create new business revenue by understanding, targeting, and developing relationships with potential high-value players.
- Successfully execute assigned key VIP sales KPIs.
- Manage all aspects of the relationship with players, including hospitality events, communications, queries, contacts, and escalations, including out-of-office hours when necessary.
- Generate incremental gaming revenue by anticipating and responding to player needs, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Maintain personalized relationships with players, understanding their profiles, behaviors, interests, and preferences to offer tailored customer service experiences.
- Have a thorough understanding of existing products, services, and initiatives, while proactively promoting new game offerings, channels, and platforms.
- Communicate through established channels about new member welcomes, investigations, loyalty programs, sales, surveys, and reactivation of lapsed members.
- Utilize daily reporting and analysis to inform sound business decisions.
- Monitor individual betting behaviors and ensure timely offering of bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, managing risks effectively.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, department goals, and business strategies.
- Handle difficult customer interactions professionally and calmly.
- Collaborate with VIP associates and VIP Executive Hosts to upgrade accounts and enhance VIP status.
- Conduct business with integrity and honesty.
About You
- 1-2 years of gaming experience, online or brick-and-mortar casino.
- At least 1 year in a sales-related role.
- Proven experience in online gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing, or account management.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel, along with strong communication and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to positively influence interactions with customers and colleagues, and resilience to handle difficult customers.
- Ability to review and understand player tracking screens, reports, and documentation.
- Effective communication skills with external contacts and all employee levels.
- Willingness and ability to travel for on- and off-property events across the U.S. and Canada.
- Prepared to attend high-level events for top customers.
- Ability to qualify for necessary licenses and permits under federal, state, and local regulations.
- Must have a passion for sports, casino, and/or sports & casino betting.
