Main missions

Attached to the Global Contract Manufacturing team, you will join the North America team (Canada / USA). You will assist the Zone Director with all of their projects.

You will be tasked with the following :

  • Administrative Management and Contract Follow-Up: Assist in drafting and analyzing subcontracting contracts; update the database of service providers and contracts.
  • Business Development: Participate in the sourcing of co-manufacturers within the Canada / USA region; contribute to analysis of offers and compare proposals in terms of cost, quality, and lead times; present opportunities to internal clients.
  • Coordination and Subcontractor Follow-Up: Monitor the progress of subcontracted services in collaboration with internal clients; help resolve potential operational issues.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze subcontractor performance indicators; write progress reports and mission updates; propose improvement paths to optimize subcontractor management.
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external service providers; participate in subcontractor meetings and draft meeting minutes; ensure compliance with contractual commitments and deadlines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify best practices and propose optimization actions; develop operational improvement tools to enhance co-manufacturer sourcing; monitor market stakeholders and identify new opportunities for the group; contribute to digitization and automation of subcontracting-related processes.
Requirements / Eligibility
