A leading drug delivery company in Montreal seeks a VP Operations to direct and execute its manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, lead a growing team, and drive strategic execution during a significant scaling phase. A minimum of 5 years of experience in GMP and commercial manufacturing is required, along with strong leadership skills and a background in materials management. This role is on-site and aims to optimize operational activities in line with industry standards.

The VP Operations is a member of the Executive Team and responsible for the direction, strategy, planning, and execution of the company’s manufacturing operations. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role for a leader who thrives in a scaling environment. You will lead a team of production staff with a mandate to grow, overseeing all operational activities including upstream manufacturing, packaging, facilities and maintenance, production planning, and supply chain management.
We are looking for a "builder" with high rigor and grit—someone capable of high‑level strategic planning who is equally willing to be on the floor to drive execution.
