As Vice President of Commercial Operations and EB&R for HUB Canada West, you will support the strategic direction, profitability, and operational excellence of our Commercial Lines and EB&R teams across all five regions. In this role, you will provide exceptional operational and talent management leadership for the Commercial and EB&R teams, lead changes required to optimize our Commercial and EB&R operations infrastructure and processes and serve as a critical partner to our sales and operations teams—driving operational excellence, superior customer experience, and revenue growth.
The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid‑time‑off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
