Veterinary Receptionist

Location: Revelstoke, BC V0E 2S0

Salary: $26.00 Hourly, 36 to 40 hours per week. Terms: Permanent employment, full time.

Schedule: 08:00 to 17:00. Start date: 2026-04-01.

Job Type: On site, Veterinary clinic, On-site customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Keep records of animals treated
  • Maintain and order supplies
  • Stock shelves and display areas
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Record and balance daily transactions
  • Record and process patient data
  • Provide clients with information
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and adequate stock levels
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Professionalism in customer service
  • Receive payment for goods or services
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Provide customer service
  • Record incoming stock
  • Help with scheduling and workflow
