Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Project Administrator/Coordinator is preferred.
• Valid British Columbia Driver's License required.
• Exceptional command of the English language is essential.
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
• Must have a valid Forklift Operator Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager with crew rotations and scheduling.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding formalities for team members.
• Oversee operations at Richmond and Vancouver areas.
• Coordinate movement of vessels according to schedule.
• Ensure materials and tasks are completed on time.
