Under the general direction of the Manager, Finance & Operations, the Undergraduate Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting student success and academic operations. This position involves regular interaction with students, faculty, and staff, as well as collaboration with various internal stakeholders across academic and administrative units to ensure the smooth delivery of undergraduate programs. The incumbent is responsible for providing program and course information to both faculty and students, administering PSY 100, assisting faculty with test and exam preparation, and supporting other course-related duties as required. The role also includes managing special consideration requests and assisting with the undergraduate awards process. Additionally, the Undergraduate Program Coordinator serves as the website and social media lead for undergraduate matters, creating and editing content to support student engagement. This role also plays a supporting role in coordinating student recruitment events and promoting programs at these events. The Undergraduate Program Coordinator works collaboratively with the Academic Advisor – Undergraduate Program Administrator and the Academic Advisor & TA Coordinator to ensure the successful delivery of undergraduate programs. This role also supports the TA recruitment process by preparing applicant correspondence using standardized templates and ensuring compliance with collective agreements and institutional policies.
