Transport Product Operations Analyst - Post Purchase

Traveloka is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Product Operations Associate to join the team. If you have a passion for problem-solving and love working in a fast-paced environment, this role is tailor-made for you.

Your mission will involve ensuring the stability and seamless operation of our platform, allowing us to serve millions of customers in Southeast Asia, 24x7.

Responsibilities
  • Becoming the Troubleshooting Expert: identify and resolve system issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions to ensure the platform operates flawlessly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and communicate solutions.
  • Execute product fixes and participate in ad hoc tasks to improve usability and efficiency of Traveloka's platform.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT field (computer science / electrical engineering / telco) or at least 1 year of technical experience in software development / IT (operation, support & infrastructure).
  • Strong discipline, reliability, and resilience; ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work with unpredictable schedules (e.g., standby on instant communication channels when issues arise).
  • Excellent communication and good analytical skills.
