In the role of Ticket Usher, we are looking for candidates who embrace a high level of customer service excellence in seating and assisting patrons in our 5000 seat entertainment complex. • Greet patrons and employu00A0exceptionalu00A0customer service skills
• Provide direction and check ticket validity using handheld palm pilot
• Seat patrons in an efficient and orderly manner
• Responds to customer inquiries and concerns
• Ensureu00A0adherence to departmental and companyu00A0policies and procedures including the ability to work closely with Security
• In the event of an emergency, assist patrons in a safeu00A0and organized manner
• Actively participate in crowd control duties as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned byu00A0Leadership Team
• Supportsu00A0Casino Rama Resorts team approachu00A0by responding to questions andu00A0helping fellow C.R.E.W. members
• Complies with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario regulations
• This position can be phsyically demanding including climbing stairs, standing for an entire shift and relocating items up to 25 lbs. in weight

• Previous ticket usher or similaru00A0experience considered an asset
• Previous experience in au00A0entertainment capacity preferred (i.e. theatre, concert venues, etc.)
• Must be able to deal with customer concerns in a courteous and timely manner
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be flexible to work all shifts as required
• Ability to handle high volume and a fast paced environmentu00A0
• French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset
