We are urgently in need of a full-time Thai food cook who has at least one-year work experience in preparing and cooking Authentic Thai food.

Work Term: Full-time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare and cook (Authentic Thai food) complete meals or individual dishes
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Manage kitchen operations
  • Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Work with specialized cooking equipment (wok, deep-fryer, meat cutting machine, etc.)
  • Clean kitchen and work areas

Job Requirements

Education: No Requirements

Experience: At least one year of work experience in Thai Cuisine, specifically with wok experience,

Other qualifications: Knowledge of Thai food and Thai cooking ingredients

Language: English, Knowing Thai is an asset
