Position: Territory Sales Representative

To support our ambitious global growth while continuing to maintain our values, we are seeking a polished and accomplished Territory Sales Representative supporting Eastern Canada.

Position Summary

Working from their home office, the successful candidate will be expected to travel to bakery customers to meet their needs across Bundy Baking Solutions' divisions. This position reports to the Canadian President. It helps drive growth in net sales while supporting our current and future customers in the wholesale baking industry. Sales and support will be provided for all Bundy Baking Solutions divisions within a defined geographic territory. These divisions include American Pan, DuraShield, Pan Glo, Synova and Chicago Metallic.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet with various stakeholders at customers' bakeries to evaluate existing pan and coating performance within the bakery.
  • Work with local Pan Glo plant management and customers to optimize pan cleaning and reglaze schedules.
  • Identify potential new customers as well as cross‑sell existing product lines.
    • Execute an overall sales territory plan
    • Understanding customers' needs and how we can help
    • Work closely with the inside sales of each division
    • Enlist additional organizational support where needed
    • Efficiently plan territory visits of existing customers through territory mapping.
  • Develop key relationships with customers by demonstrating and living the Bundy Baking Solutions (CREED).
  • Meet with corporate and plant‑level personnel.
  • Establish action items for sales growth (Job Duties).
  • Travel to customers is expected, potentially 30% overnight.
  • Visit BBS Canada's head office once a month to meet with key team members.
  • By‑weekly virtual meetings with team members to discuss sales opportunities.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in bakery operations, sales or sales management.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong Food & Bakery knowledge.
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English.
Required Qualifications
  • High‑level sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Ability to utilize technology to support sales efforts, including but not limited to Excel, CRM, PPT, etc.
  • Previous account development experience.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Able to travel internationally.
  • Plane travel.
  • Bondable.
