A leading Canadian University is seeking exceptional researchers for a tenure-stream position in Clinical Psychology. Candidates will develop research programs, teach courses, and contribute to service. A Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology is required. The Department of Psychology at McGill University invites applications from exceptional researchers with a background in clinical science to fill a tenure-stream academic position in Clinical Psychology. Applications at any rank (assistant, associate, and full professor) will be considered. The Department has excellent facilities for interdisciplinary research, including through its links with related academic departments and research units in the McGill University Health Centre and the Montreal Neurological Institute.
Job Duties: Applications can be from those whose research programs fit into any area of clinical psychology. We are particularly interested in candidates doing work complementing the strengths of the existing faculty, such as developmental psychopathology and clinical intervention. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a productive and internationally recognized research program, obtain external funding, teach graduate- and undergraduate-level courses, supervise graduate and undergraduate research, and contribute to service.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology by the time of appointment.
