As a Quality Assurance Technician within the Quality division and the Metrology departement, you will report directly to the Leader, Quality. In this role, you’ll play a key role in keeping critical equipment precise and reliable. You’ll drive technical enhancements, ensure the accuracy of calibration data, and bring your expertise wherever it’s needed.

• Ensure the proper condition of the equipment and establish calibration procedures.
• Support methods and industrialization functions and propose technical recommendations.
• Determine the level of competence and requirements for inspections and measurements.
• Support data base of calibrations result of test and measuring equipment.
• Travel outside Bombardier sites.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience
• You hold a DCS degree in electromechanical engineering or the equivalent or a relevant training related to metrology.
• You have knowledge in dimensional metrology and instrumentation and control.
• You have knowledge in pyrometry.
• You have knowledge of aeronautical standards.
• You have a strong inclination for fieldwork, a constant pursuit of excellence and customer satisfaction.
• You have knowledge in metrology system
• Travel outside Bombardier sites may be required.
